Get to Know
Two months after receiving my BFA degree from the Kansas City Art Institute, my first son was born and I chose to be a stay at home mom. I did work part-time while raising him and his two brothers. My experiences included working for two Kansas City architectural firms in their interior design departments. In addition, I had my own interior design business. I also created jewelry and wall weavings and made many scout and school craft projects. Now, however, 25 years later with my third son in high school, I am ready to put to greater use my design degree and the skills I have developed over the years.
Recently, I have developed a passion for making paper from which I am creating unique greeting cards, invitations and journals, among other items. I am hoping for my online shop to grow into a full- line stationary and invitation business. I also offer some great gift items including wine charms.
