Thank you for visiting my store. Banana Bottoms Cloth Diaper is a registered business in Nova Scotia and is run by a WAHM. All of my Banana Bottoms diapers and other Banana Bottom products are designed and sewn by me. I am a liscenced seamstress for Little Comet Tails patterns.

I am strongly committed to the environment and health of my children and believe that cloth diapering is an easy way to contribute to the health of both. I strive to provide a quality product that is easy to use and economically available to a wide audience.

Newborn diapers will fit up to around 12-15 pounds, depending on your baby's shape, or approx up to 2-3 months.

My full moon diapers are sized small, medium and large. In general, smalls will fit from 10 to 18 pounds (around 6-8 months), mediums 15-25 pounds (around 7-24+ months), and large 22+ pounds (around 20+ months). Fabrics used will also determine how much stretch a diaper will have. Flannels have zero stretch and will not accomodate the lower and higher extremes well, knits (bamboo is a knit) will have excellent stretch and accomodate these better.

Banana Slims are geared towards a 2 size diapering system. A size small will fit from 10-20 pounds and a size medium frokm 18-30 pounds. A size large will fit 25+ pounds, or toddler.

Having said that, please use the provided measurements as the determining factor when ordering. If you are buying for a baby that you don't know the weight/measurements, contact me and I will be happy to help you choose the correct size.

I started making cloth diapers for my oldest, who is now 11. Having four kids has allowed me to play around with fabrics and patterns and find what works best. Please let me know how they are working for you - I can't make them better without your help :) I always welcome constructive criticism :)
