Hi :)
My name is Karin Hruza aka Beadfairy and I'm living in south Germany, in the middle between Ulm and Stuttgart.
As long as I can think back, I always have been doing creative things like silk painting, drawing, crafting with my kids as they were little.
In 2005 I was searching the internet for fine silver clay and found a site (forum) by mistake where people did show their own made glass beads.
WOW!!! I was so impressed! I soaked up any info I could get about making glass beads and wanted to try myself :)
So, this is my story how I got addicted to making lampwork beads.
It's still my lasting dream of what I want to do. You also can say I'm a lampworker with heart and soul! :)
Something about my person: I'm married over 20 years now. Have two kids (18/20)
There are also living three cats with us, my beloved elderly dog (spanish toy spaniel) and my daughters horse.
Besides making beads, I also have a part time job.
So... as you can guess, I'm not getting bored :))
