Blue Shed Crafts is just me... Rachael and I live in Wiltshire in England. All my life I have enjoyed various crafts, the main one being knitting. I have been hand knitting for forty years plus and machine knitting since 2004. I taught myself to machine knit and then took a Diploma in the subject which I passed with Honours. I belong to the Guild of Machine Knitters here in the UK.
The vast majority of items are ready to go, if they are not ready to go they will be clearly marked as such. Everything has been made in a clean, smoke free home studio.
Sewing has long been an interest of mine too, especially embroidery and embellishment. I love working with various textures and colours...I LOVE colour!
Married for two decades, my husband and I have a beautiful dog called Tilly and a darling puppy called Lindy who came to us in May 2011.

My stall December 2010 at Lacock in Wiltshire, UK. I had a nine foot long table to fill; a LOT of work.
The shelves in my craft room. They may look untidy to you but believe it or not they are in some order and I know where everything is (well most of the time)
Work in progress. This is some of the decorative birds I make. Knitting complete at this stage but stuffing, wings, etc all need to be done.
Some of my work ready for a Craft Fair.
