Skills and Techniques
I use my own square beaded beads and stars in many of my designs. These are made using peyote stitch and bugle beads. I use vintage findings, beads and crystals. I use filigree and brass. I use copper and annealed steel, chains and links. I'm very partial to vintage brass and glass bugle beads. And I like to find uncirculated beads and pieces to use in my designs.

I love to bead and that is about it! Oh, I like to play harmonica too. Every one of my pieces is unique and one-of-a-kind. You will be the only one that buys it or gives it away, to commemorate an important day or have it for yourself. The only one in this wide world!
I started selling in December 2010 as a PRO member of ArtFire. The first beads I purchased were from a very old Blackfeet Indian woman in 1970 in Montana. Every wall in her house was covered with packages of beads-many were very old and I wanted to buy everything! I still have some of those beads. I learned the peyote stitch from the woman who took me there. And then I didn't bead again until 2005. I started working on a loom and loved it and then soon after I got back into my favorite stitch: peyote. I mostly use seed and bugle beads as they bring such joy in small little packages! I also love brass and vintage beads, which I have been collecting for many years.
Every year I donate some of my pieces to charities with silent auctions. For two years I have entered pieces into a worldwide beading contest and have been chosen as a finalist. And here I am on Artfire.
