I've been lampworking since 2006 when my husband bought me a beadmaking kit for Mother's Day so that I could make some flat beads to decorate some wooden saw canes I had made. I love making round or disk shaped beads, hollow fish, hollow vessels, hollow beads, pansies, roses, turtles, and frogs. I have brass presses which make different shapes such as crosses, lentil beads, puffy pillow beads, and alphabet beads and I even have a baby face mold. The latest addition to my supplies are beadrollers which make shapes easier than ever to achieve.
I also love knitting, woodworking, crocheting, and painting.
