My name is Catherine Schratt, and I started "Cate" in 2002. It was a big change, and leap of faith for me - as BC (Before "Cate") I always did administrative work, churning out a pile of paperwork each day. NOW - I have tangible products at the end of my day - which I love making and selling! Working with tools instead of computer and pen, and the new skills and challenges to master, make this a rewarding second career. "Cate" has given me the opportunity to re-connect with the wonderful world of women, and with the charitable organizations in my community. I especially enjoy the relationships I've forged with my customers, and the opportunity to help them select the perfect piece for themselves or for gift-giving.
