I am a spinning, weaver, knitter, metal artist.........I can go on and on. I find that I have to try just about everything. Just can't stop myself from experimenting with different materials.
We live on a small farm in Western Colorado and have raised just about every farm animal you can find around here.
Items made from my handspun fiber comes from my animals.
I love one skein yarn projects and design my Crochet and Knit patterns around that. I use worsted weight yarn because it is the easiest to find and the easiest to learn with for new crochet and knit artist. I try to keep my patterns simple and easy, without too much challenge. I like quick satisfaction and I know a lot of other fiber artist do too.
I also like to design patterns that use up left over yarns I have stashed all over my home.
