Skills and Techniques

I love to learn new techniques for all kinds of art, self-taught (mostly by trial and error) I'm not great with directions so I have to figure out how to do things my way. I sold hundreds of crocheted rag rugs and baskets from a national magazine and I couldn't tell you how to read a pattern. Most of the time things work out well.

Get to Know

I have been crafting for the public for well over 20 years, now. Crafting is something that provides a great outlet for me--I sometimes feel that I have been given the gift of creativity to just make beautiful things for everone to enjoy. From floral design to doll making and all kinds of crafts to my latest new love--jewelry making News flash--I have found polymer clay and I am having a wonderful time learning and designing home decor and jewelry. The colors are so vibrant and you can mix any color your imagination can conjur up. This is a wonderful product and I will enjoy designing items for years to come..

Jewelry has been a Godsend because it doesn't take up a lot of room. Copper has been a lifelong love of mine so it made a lot of sense to work with copper. I am also blessed with an eye for color and then comes the beads, beads, beads!

The challenge of designing for cusomers is a love of mine and I only make one of a kind items, no two are exactly alike. Looking forward to working with you in the future.
