Sharon McCollum is a self taught glass artist whose work is a wonder to behold. Six years of trial and error with gems, lead crystals, precious metal wire work and within the last year Dichroic and Iridized glass has produced an astonishing body of work.
From the firing of her first single layered piece of fused glass, to her current designs of multi-layered masterpieces, her ever increasing skills as an artistic craftswoman have allowed her to push her work from the realm of the ordinary artisan to that of a master creating magic.
