I started cross stitching over 10 years ago. I was mainly working on large projects and breaking away each time a family birthday came up, so I could make a card for the lucky recipient. I ended up making so many cards, that I was wondering what to do with the excess, so CrossStitchCards was born!
I can make a card for pretty much any occasion: Birthday, Wedding, Valentines, Patriotic, Thanksgiving, Christmas and so on. I welcome custom orders if you are looking for something totally unique that no one else has!
My cards are not for the casual well-wisher. They are for those special occasions when a disposable card just will not do. Special family birthdays, your best friend's wedding, a sick friend etc. Each card takes over 3 hours to create and each one is unique. I use similar colors for some of them, but no two cards are the same.
I also sell coasters, completed Amish Hanging quilts and other items all made with cross stitch. In 2012, I started designing my own cross stitch patterns for stitchers to buy, making bookmarks and pendants to order and introducing some wonderful new card designs to my studio. I also started offering sets of handmade tea bag folded scrapbooking embellishments too.
Cross stitch is my passion, my obsession and my life! I want to make cards that you want to buy, and I am happy to take custom orders if you don't see what you want in my studio. I always love to hear from potential customers and friends so don't hesitate to get in touch!
