Get to Know
I learned how to sew from my mama, who also sells items from my shop. My sewing resume': I toured for 9 months with the US Army Soldier Show in 1999 as the costumer in charge of over 500 articles for 24 performers (including me). In 2002 I was the costumer for the Theater Dept. at Columbia Basin College. After my babies were born, I started sewing for them. I've won First Premium at the Benton Franklin County Fair. I opened CutieFruity as an Etsy shop in June of 2008 and added ArtFire in January 2009. I love to make things that are practical. Everything that I sell, I use in real life, and the ideas are usually born from necessity. I hope you will let me share some of this fun practicality with you and have me send a CutieFruity to you.

This is the first thing I ever made for CutieFruity and it's never sold. It won 1st premium at the county fair and is still sitting in my inventory. It comes with a set of doll clothes for a cabbage patch. Sometimes I regret not letting daughter have it while she could still fit into it.
I made this quilt for my husband from old t-shirts and scraps from old clothing to commemorate our 5th anniversary.
I've made 4 of these mei tai slings and I love them. I use mine almost every day.
