I am a lifetime resident of middle Tennessee. I was lucky enough to have a grandmother who was very creative. She encouraged me to explore my artistic talents. I learned to sew, did a lot of crewel embroidery and counted cross stitch, macrame and handpainted a lot of plaster figurines. Nothing else has had an impact on me like stained glass has.
I took a stained glass class at a local studio in 1991. It started out as a hobby, but soon I was being asked to make suncatchers for friends and relatives or selling what was in my windows at home. I love the challenges.
