I love dichroic glass! Combine it with wire wrapping and you have a gem that is handcrafted and unique!

Interests

I have a variety of interests...my family, my pets, spending time with friends, reading, listening to music, creating jewelry out of dichroic glass, wire wrapping a cabochon or creating something totally made from wire.

Skills and Techniques

I love working with stained and dichroic glass. Cutting and shaping the pieces and then firing them in my kiln and seeing what happens is a joy. Get to Know

I have played with stained glass off and on for over 20 years. Early in 2007 I was introduced by a friend to dichroic glass and the process of fused (or kiln fired) art glass as well as wire-wrapping. I gave several pieces to friends and family as gifts and just because. They have encouraged me to take my hobby a step further and to share it with others. My pieces are currently on consignment at a local boutique.

Spiritual Sparkle Designs is my second ArtFire studio. This is where you will find all of my Christian jewelry and accessories.

Designers Bling is my third studio. It features bling style t-shirts with rhinestone transfers.

This is one of my favorite pieces. I love the way the pink dichroic is enriched by the 14k rose gold wire.

This is one of my work areas. I cut and fire my glass here. I tend to do my wire wrapping and bead work in our family room so that I can be with my family.

This pendant was one that I created for a guild "Red, White and Blue" contest. The customer who bought it loved it.
