Interests
Knitting and crocheting have been my passion since I was a teenager. I love to sew, especially costumes for Halloween and the Renaissance Faire. I love to dance and go to Zumba and Dance Fusion classes. Acting your age is no fun whatsoever.
Skills and Techniques
I love knitting Aran and cable patterned sweaters. The more complicated, the better. I only make these as gifts for my friends and family because they take weeks to make and would be very expensive. I make affordable winter cable knit hats that I will list for sale when it gets cold.

I started selling my crafts in the 1970's as one of the first street vendors on Berkeley's Telegraph Avenue, but had to get a "real" job, as we all eventually do. After 25 years working at UC Berkeley, I retired to raise my autistic grandson. Happily this decision has led me back to my love of crafting and running my own business.
