Born and raised in Michigan, I was not brought up on a ranch, riding horses or living the cowgirl life. But I dreamed about it. Now, I am living my dream in Arizona doing just that. I truly believe that being a cowgirl is not about how you were brought up, it is what is in your heart. Thus, my business was born, Heart of a Cowgirl. I am a self taught jewelry artist. I love creating unique things for people to enjoy. I find my inspiration from the beatiful desert I live in and my love of animals (I share my life with 4 horses, 2 goats, 2 dogs, 7 bunnies, 3 chickens, 6 desert tortoises and numerous pond goldfish).
