For years I taught Art and then went into Special Education. I also have raised and shown Newfoundland dogs for many years, and have worked with this breed as a volunteer in Search and Rescue. Now I spend my time substitute teaching and dabbling in all my artsy craftsy hobbies, I especially love the challenge of painting and can get totally lost when I am involved in a painting. I still have one Newfoundland dog who is my velcro dog and always is happy to see me when I come home! One of the major reasons that I went into the design and sale of dog lover's items is because back when I used to go to the dog shows there was never anything with MY breed. So I started my own business and for years I made my own products, t-shirts and mugs etc., had a heat press and bought all the blanks. Then I moved into a smaller home and just didn't have room anymore for the equipment and supplies, so nowadays I let the print on demand shops print my products for me, while I can spend my time making my designs.
