Yes, I am a guy who enjoys sewing. It all got started when I repaired and maintained commercial sewing machines at a large company for several years. I began to think that I might like to try my hand at sewing. In early 2000 I made my first pillow and it actually looked pretty good for a first try. My wife doesn't sew and she was impressed enough to rush out and buy a nice piece of fabric for me instead of the scrap I had used to make my first pillow. At that moment, handcrafting pillows became a joint venture for us and something that we could work on together. She is great with designs, color, and co-ordinating everything. We began putting some of our pillows in small upscale giftshops in our area and we had a great response from our customers. Then I began to want to meet our customers and get their feedback, so we began showing my handcrafted work at craft shows in southern states in 2003. My wife buys all of our fabric and trim and puts the design together, then I get to work, cutting and sewing and hand filling each pillow. We have great customers, many are repeat buyers who always come back when redecorating a room. They all praise our great fabric choices, the quality of my work and how well our pillows hold their shape and their durability. I take great pride in my work and want to make each customer completely satisfied with their purchase. We strive for excellent customer service and believe our quality is second to none. We also have very reasonable prices.In the past several years, we have expanded our shop to include pillow covers only, bags and totes , cute purses for tweens and teens,and this year we had a great holiday season with our handmade Christmas stockings.Each item is made with the same care That I take with my pillows,Every item is made by me.
