Hi folks I design and make a unique collection of martingale walking leads. I've been making these for many years now. It all began as a matter of necessity. Our greyhound adoption group, St Louis REGAP, is one of the oldest in the country. Back in those early days (1992) greyhounds as family pets was still a new idea. Sources for the special collars these dogs needed were few and far between. You didn't just jump on line and find thousands of them available. (believe it or not, the internet was also relatively new) But we needed this martingale style of collars and leads, and we needed a lot of them! The answer was to make them. The basic design is simple, and I still supply hundreds of them to our adoption group and other groups both in the US and abroad. The "dress leads" I offer for sale have evolved far beyond the original, simple design. These are lovingly decorated, fully lined and padded. Functional, fashionable, wearable art for your best friend- be it a greyhound, or any breed.
