Get to Know
After having to give up knitting and crocheting I discovered that I could bead which became an enjoyable hobby for me. I have made things from developed patterns and have designed my own projects. I am especially fond of Native American type designs. Anything dealing with Nature and her creatures gives me a sense of peace.
I bead where ever I happen to be, whether at our home in Salome, AZ or on the road in the motor home. Everything you will see has been hand made by me in the USA.
32" Native American Doll I am making costume for. Found in a dump in the basket next to her in 1958. All she had on were fabric leggings/mocassins.She is fully jointed, including her toes.
My first rosette on leather, 2 sided with fringe of porcupine quills from Goldendale, WA. can never be duplicated.
My youngest grandson had to have a candy cane bracelett! So grandma got to work and made him one.
Custom ordered and designed hat band on the loom.
