Hi I am Marjorie my Friends call me M. I Live in the Netherlands with Hubby Dog and Cat. My Passion is Creating jewelry. I started Creating ever Since I can Remember.
I Started Jewelry working with Silver and Gemstones in 2005-2006 and Wire working in 2007. From September 2010 - April 2011 I Took Classes in Soldering and Metal Smithing.
Metal Resonates with me and I Love to Work it; Playing with my Tools and Creativity, Gemstones, and Artisan Lampwork. I Let the Materials and/or Shapes Guide me and what is Create is often a Surprise for me.
What I Make isn't always what I Think is Beautiful or what I would Wear myself, but it's always from the Heart. =)
The Materials I work with are: Gemstones Pearls Artisan Lampwork and Swarovski crystals. Sterling Silver (.925) Thai Silver (950 - .999) and Bali Silver (.925).
Goldfill: a layer of 14kt Gold bonded to jewelers brass. Very Durable and Cheaper than Solid Gold. This is NOT Gold Plated: this Gold Layer will NOT Come off and will Last at Least a Lifetime). I sometimes Work with Vermeil (a Layer of 14-24kt Gold on .925 Silver)
I will also Work with Gold Wire(on Requests only, and Installment Demanded). I sometimes use Glass beads see Descriptions for List of Materials.
All my Designs are One of a Kind and will NOT be Repeated. I will Make an Exception on Request: e.g. Brides maids jewelry or when the actual Owner of the piece gives Permission, in that Case I will make a piece Inspired on, but not the same as the Orinal.
