My mother, daughter and I have always enjoyed attending classes and learning new crafts. For years we have created handmade gifts for family, friends and to sell at local farmer markets.
A year ago my husband and I joined a Rock Club and started learning how to make Cabochons, silver smiting and rock carving. Within 3 months my mom and daughter were hooked and we have been having a great time ever since. We also found out that my husband has an amazing talent for making jewelry too.
With the economy the way it is these days we decided that it was time for us to start selling out items on line to support our hobbies and our ability to continue donate to our favorite charities.
We donate rosaries to the USO for soldiers stockings during Christmas. Crochet squares for blankets that are stitched together & sew dresses for African orphanages. We also donate crochet (funky) hats to a few of the local hospital's cancer wards.
