Hi my name is Rosalie I live in California and have my studio in our barn on our 5 acres. All of my raggedy ann dolls, aprons and wood signs are handmade by me. I design all of my work and I take great pride in producing a quality piece for you. I have been in business over 25 years working with both wood and fabric. I enjoy what I do so I don't call this work! I get to have fun creating on a daily basis.

I have 3 shops that I have incorporated to one here on Artfire under Raggedy Dollys my shops consist of My Country Cottage Signs (wood signs) Raggedy Dollys (Raggedy Ann Dolls) and Patticake Aprons (aprons,purses and wallets). My primitive signs are made from cedar wood fence boards (Cedar is avery durable wood) the signs are 1/2" thick, my other wood signs are 3/8" thick.
My signs are great indoors and out on a porch, patio, hanging on a fence or a front door the choice is yours. The knots and natural characteristics of the wood just add to the uniqueness of my signs. No two signs are alike!
When I purchase my wood for all of my signs I carefully hand pick my pieces by their unique characteristics so you get a beautiful finished sign! I will be listing more items each week so check back to see what I have new on Artfire!!!
