About me: I love animals, they're certainly my passion in life. I have a special place in my heart for dogs and guinea pigs. My husband and I are owned by a special needs pit-bull and 5 special needs guinea pigs. They all require lots of special daily care and we love them to bits. I love to read and am a total news nerd. When we have the time and can line up the sitters, my husband and I like to sneak off to Vegas for a few days. How the business came to be: After not being able to find practical, warm clothes for our 75 pound dog, I started customizing hoodies for him. Then I wanted a nice tag set for him but couldn't find exactly what I had in mind. So, I found what I needed to make my own. After trying my hand at metal stamping, I fell in love with it. I have to bring loads of fresh veggies home to our demanding guinea pigs but hated the plain bags I had. So I dressed them up a bit and decided to offer them for sale. They're perfect for trips to the market. I'd been making jewelry to relax, especially after a long day at work (my regular job). Almost immediately after I started, I was addicted and my jewelry box was overflowing. So rather than losing my "me" time, I decided to take the plunge and open up a studio here.
