Welcome to my SewAmazin shop on ArtFire! My name is Donna and I call myself a "Sewing Enthusiast" because I love sewing and all types of needle art. Since I enjoy exploring a variety of sewing and embroidery techniques, my customized fabric creations are often one-of-a-kind or few-of-a-kind pieces. Some examples include my insulated bottle carriers, zippered coin purses, key fobs, accessories and much more.

Every item for sale in my shop is made by me on my home sewing/embroidery machines and serger. All of my creations come from a smoke free, pet friendly home and most of the items you see in my shop can be custom made with your choice of fabrics and embroidery.

Many of my listings will have a Westie theme - we have two terriers in our household and they think they run the place. Keli, is a West Highland Terrier and Penny is a Wauzer (Westie/Schnauzer mix).

All of the Dog Collar Slipcovers in my studio are made with permission from designs by Penny Sanford Designs (http://pennysanford.typepad.com/) and a portion of the sales price of each slipcover is donated to a Westie rescue organization like WestieMed (www.westiemed.org) that helps care for injured and ill rescued Westies or other regional Westie rescue organizations.

A portion of the sales price of items with animal themes also is donated to either Westie rescue or Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge, Inc., in Oakland, NJ (www.rbari.org).

Shop in the Christmas Holiday Gifts or Valentine's Day Purse sections of my shop and 10% of each sale will be donated to Hurricane Sandy relief efforts in Breezy Point, NY.

We are big Mets fans in my house. Some of my projects also feature our favorite baseball team and other sports.
