Hi - My name is Debra - I've been an avid crafter and seamstress for over 40 years, although I'm by no means an expert, and so I'm always learning new things and techniques involving crafting and sewing. I have been selling successfully online for 12 years now and have learned a lot along the way. Hopefully I will keep learning for a long time to come! I have to admit that I just love making all kinds of things and especially giving the things I've made as gifts. Nothing I make is expensive, so everyone who shops with me can truly enjoy handmade treasures for giving or keeping. Some people, including some experts, say one should not sell a large variety of items...but I can't help it. I don't know what to specialize in and I'm not a specialist in anything particular. So I guess my shop will stay a variety shop for now! By the way, I'm a recovering fabriholic (smile); I don't buy as much as I used to, but it's still hard to resist! I must say, even though I've used a lot and sold quite a bit of fabric over the last few years, I still have a stash to be proud...or, uh, should I say, be ashamed...to show anyone! All who love to make things out of fabric will know what I mean! Anyway, being disabled and homebound much of the time, I have learned that staying busy with things one loves makes it easier to cope and endure. So I read, study the Bible, and sew and craft (when able). The end result is I do stay busy and also end up with a lot of STUFF that I hope others will find useful, unique and affordable.
