I was introduced to the world of arts and crafts at an early age. My mother was a naturally talented artist and crafter who taught me all kinds of crafting including sewing, knitting/crochet, embroidery, applique, silk/paper flower making, doll making and accessory making. I liked to make accessories and by the time I entered junior high, I was making hair accessories and key chains that were requested by my friends.
Now I am a mother of 2 daughters and started to make jewelry and accessories for them and myself years ago, then expanded to sell them. My daughters, especially the trend-savvy, opinionated younger daughter, are my advisers.
