I am a native Texan and live in the beautiful Texas Hill Country with my husband in the home we built.
Most of my adult life I worked with computers, designing, programming and implementing applications.
I retired only to find myself working once more, developing websites for family, friends, the community where I live, and my church.
Now, at last I am truly retired, spending most of my time making the jewelry designs formed in my mind, inspired by music, poetry, the beauty in nature, the materials and stones I use and events in my life.
I have been blessed to live where I can watch the wildlife that shares our property. I love all animals but will always hold a special place in my heart for cats.
From time to time people have been curious about the name of my studio. ThaddeusRose is a concatenation of mine and my husband's names. It is a brand name I started to use many years ago when we were building and selling bird houses.
