I have been interested in art for as long as I can remember. There is even a story my mom tells (much too often) about me decorating the neighbors walls with bright red lipstick, when I was supposed to be taking a nap. It was the '70s and red lipstick was "in". Although I don't remember this event, I'm pretty sure I was probably just trying to make their drab bedroom a little more...colorful...fancy...interesting. Ahh, the simple days.
