Skills and Techniques
All my products are 100% handmade by me. My soaps range from the traditional Cold Process style to modern whipped soaps and glycerin.
I am a 'scentaholic' so you will see many different and unique fragrance blends in my shop. I like to have a wide variety, but still have the old favorites around too.

I'm Rainee. I make everything in our shop. My lovely assistant, Ray, does all the heavy lifting. Yes, that means he takes packages to the post office, off-loads my oils, helps with packaging, brings me tea when I need. Together we are Two Oakes Soapworks.
I've been making soap since December of 1999 and I love it! Soaps will range from good ole tallow cold process to triple milled coffee butter concoctions and everything in between.
Our Soy Melts are made from 100% American grown soy wax.
I try to use and buy base oils from American growers. All my fragrance oils are from American suppliers. I also try to buy from small companies rather than large corporations.
I'm also a fragrance-holic. Always something new!
