Skills and Techniques
I draw my designs by hand and put my ideas into glass to create a unique, one of a kind work of art. I cut, saw and grind the glass into the exact shape and place it in the kiln to be fired up to 1500 degrees for up to 10 hours. Some pieces require that I fire my work several times to achieve the desired effect. I anneal or cool my work at a specific temperature for a specific amount of time, which creates a beautiful and strong piece of art glass.
