Nancy grew up in the Sonoran desert and lives on a parcel of land in the foothills of the Tucson mountains with her husband David. Although she's been a working artist for many years, she's also been active in animal welfare in Tucson. Their two cats Daisy and Mudge, and their dog Rico are all shelter alumni. She began creating these tags for her family and friends, and now they are being worn by rescued, adopted, and much-loved dogs and cats around the world, who have found their "forever homes".
