Hi I am Robert retired government worker. I have been doing wood work since high school. Making nice custom hardwood furniture. I don't take many custom order now days. I just work at my on pace. I find beautiful hardwood from all over the world to turn out these one-of-a-kind Pepper Mills. Finish is several coats of natural oils (food safe) and polished to a high gloss with wax. I use USA made stainless steel grinder for pepper (not used for salt). In salt grinders is use a cermic mech.
