I am a jewelry & doll artist from England living in New Zealand. I am also proud to write for the Inspiration Department at Handmade News as I love writing and spreading the crafty word.
My partner and I moved over from London to New Zealand three years ago, bringing our five cats, and are enjoying the open skies, the colour and the friendly folks here. The cats think its pretty awesome here too!
I love making dolls and my latest creations in copper and am always trying to keep up with trends, ideas and inspiration online. I am Editor of the Inspiration Department at HandmadeNews.org with a talented staff that provide a daily does of reading fun with crafts from book binding to fiber crafts.
Living here in New Zealand has been a real energiser for my work and the encouragement of shop owners selling my creations is just fantastic!
I am currently working on larger art dolls as well as my popular brooch pins, which people love. I was the Guest Exhibitor in an exhibition by artists and Crafters in September 2009 and enjoyed creating new works for this show.
