Skills and Techniques
Over the years I have learned many of the skills needed to take a fleece from the sheep, wash and prepare that fiber for spinning and then create the yarn needed to knit or crochet a specific pattern. I have found a way to pass on this knowledge to others too, through podcasting. Now I post a podcast twice a month, talking about these skills.

I have had many creative interests over the years including hand smocking, hand sewing, knitting, crocheting, lace making, hand spun yarns and home processed fibers for spinniners. Until Artfire came along, I rarely had the opportunity to share the results of my creative work with others. Now I am very pleased to share with you, whatever the creative sparks create today in my studio.
