Skills and Techniques
Our pieces are made with 0.925 sterling silver and copper using metal stamps. Each letter or number are individually stamped into the metal by one of us. The letters are darkened and then the pendants are polished to a beautiful shine.

a.k.a. originals was formed by Amber, Kim and Ashley - a mother & two daughters. We have a passion for creating beautiful pieces of jewelry and love the flexibility and creativity that hand stamping provides. Ashley lives in Shakopee, MN while Kim and Amber live in Watertown, SD. Although running a business from two different states has its challenges, it has become the greatest blessing - allowing us to stay close and talk to each other every day. We formed a.k.a originals in 2010 and have been growing and expanding ever since!
