I learned to sew in pre-teens. 1970's began first business: "Carol's Calico Country" while in Brooklyn, NY making machine appliqued tote bags, appliques, skirts, etc. Began making quilts while living in Chatham, NY in late 1970's. Became certified color consultant in 1980's. Business evolved with learning new skills on sewing machine and computer to become "cmhCreations".
