By day, I am a rocket scientist - but at night, I can indulge my obsession by experimenting with dyes extracted from my garden as well as professional textile dyes. I can hardly wait to unveil each new item to this world, and always find surprises as I experiment with new techniques for developing patterns, color and depth on fabrics.
There are two reasons that bring me to the Artfire marketplace: there are more scarves in my laundry room than can ever be worn by my family and friends in their lifetimes; and also, I hope to eventually support this habit so that I can continue to learn and grow.
