I paint in oils and acrylics and love landscapes ,still life and seascapes.A lot of my art is imagination.I like to make a world of my own through art.I also love to collect pottery and have a great collection.
Skills and Techniques
When I paint in acrylics ,I paint in an oil style.Many people ask how I get such rich colors with acrylics. I love to use oil paints on heavy art paper, so that it can be matted and framed under glass.Not many people use olis this way.I also love to paint on canvas.
Get to Know
My studio is close to a national park,so I love to go photograph the natural beauty around me.I have hung in galleries, juried shows, antique stores,banks and currently have a shop on Etsy,under my janice10art name.If you watch public tele.I donate to channel 10 every year, since the gallery 10 auction started.I have several things in this year. one will be on in nov. and six more auctioned off in Jan.I hope you can watch.I am new to internet selling and am always learning something new. I am brand new to Art fire and hope to have a great relationship. .
