I am a wife of 9 years and mother to two beautiful children. I have a passion for eco-friendly ways to stay in fashion and began KalipsosKreations as a way to share that passion with other full figured women.
I am a self taught sewing, crocheting and beading fanatic. While my goal was to target only the full figured community, I have added other sizes as well. (My non-full figured family and friends felt a little jaded.) I also make hand assembled jewelry and accessories.
Most of the materials I use are from repurposed, reconstructed and altered post consumer materials. If I do use new materials, I try to keep it to a minimal. I am so excited to share my inspirations with other full figured fashionista's out there who want to stay stylish, be eco-friendly and not go broke in the process. Now you can have the look, help the environment and save some pennies for the rainy day. Who says you can't have it all.
