Hi I'm Ann and I love to make silver jewellery, which I then enamel in a tiny corner of my conservatory.
Interests
On the rare occasion that I step outside of my jewellery making obsession, I like to spend time walking my two dogs and playing timba in one of the local samba bands here on the beautiful Isle of Wight.
Skills and Techniques
I was for many years a potter, specialising in hand thrown kitchenware and cast decorative items. I have now substituted clay for silverclay and so combine my clayworking skills with more recently acquired silversmithing skills. Enamelling was a natural progression for me to achieve a beautifully finished piece.
