Kooky Boutique = a one girl production line, the girl being me, miss leslieanne. (why so formal? 'miss leslieanne' was one of those nicknames that ended up sticking, and I quite like it. simple as that.)

I'm based down on the south coast of england, living with my man, my baby boy & my dog.

I'm a stay at home mummy and juggle making things with taking care of my little monster. Life is never dull, often hectic, and mostly powered by coffee and cake.

Other than my boys, my dog & making things, the loves of my life include music, fashion, floral prints, chocolate,butterflies, flowers, birds, originality and imagination.

I've had passions for fashion & art & making things for as long as I can remember, always cutting & sticking, designing & doodling. I started making jewellery when I was about 12, and when I first ventured into selling online, that's pretty much all that was on offer.

But, evolution is inevitable, and as a result, I'm now also selling cards, accessories, art prints, and who knows what next.

Nowadays, my weapons of choice include beads, buttons, fabrics and papers - with a few surprises thrown in here and there to keep things interesting.

I take a great deal of pride in my work, use only top quality materials, & would never offer for sale something I wouldn't be happy to buy myself.

at kooky boutique, each piece tends to only be made once, partly because of my short attention (i get bored and/or distracted all to easily), mostly because i like to think my customers are buying one off originals that nobody else anywhere else in the world will ever have :D

however, if you see something you like in the 'sold' section, do let me know - something similar could be possible, and i'm always up for discussing custom orders.

materials used are a mixture of brand spanking new goodies sourced from all around the world, and re-worked vintage treasures, check out each individual item for details.
findings though, are never recycled, i only ever use brand new plated metal earwires, clasps etc.

are all my own work. i use only top quality materials that i'd be happy to give or receive myself, and of course the madness that is my imagination. techniques are varied and random, so be sure to read the listing fully to know what you're getting.

photos/cards and so on can generally be reproduced at will, however, if an item is an original, a special one off, or a limited edition, it'll say so in the listing.

again, if you'd like a piece made exactly the way you want it, or a very specific card (or invites, etc.) give me a shout & i'll see what i can do.

all kooky packages are put together with lots of love and attention, and should reach you in perfect condition - of course i can't control the postal gremlins (though i do make sure to get proof of postage for all my packages), but in the unlikely event of any problems cropping up, don't hesitate to give me a shout & i'll do all i can to fix them.
