Don enjoys trying new projects. Received 1st Place Blue Ribbon and Judges Award of Merit at the 2009
Los Angeles County Fair for his entry of the Rose window of Notre Dame Cathedral. I love putting designs together to make one-of-kind baby blankets, picture frames, etc. Love working with new media. Recently did embroidery on wood and screen.

After over 30 years in the Navy, my husband retired and I recently followed after more than 30 years in nursing. We started to focus on relaxing and finally being able to spend time on our hobbies. My husband's hobby of making pens and other wood items and my embroidery and sewing turned into a couple of craft shows and then into "On Pens and Needles".
