*Hi* I'm Amy, peacebird, daydreamer, lover of life, beauty and Nature. When I'm not working outside in the garden or hanging out with my artist husband, I love to make all sorts of pretty things! I create and sell things that I love:: unique intricate jewelry treasures eco friendly clothing made from sustainable fabrics that I hand dye in small quantities. I insist on using high quality materials to make durable pieces and I won't sell anything that I wouldn't buy ;) Creating is a form of active meditation for me, a way of immersing myself entirely in the present moment. My work is designed to be enJOYed and passed on for generations with minimal care! I take pride in & guarantee the quality of of everything I make! I hope to spread a little peace through sharing my creations. I think life is a celebration for enjoying beauty in the everyday and I think art is even better when you can wear it! Peacebird Studio is the manifestation of my creative dreams. I chose the name of my business inspired by the quote & life of Sadako Sasaki "I will write 'peace' on your wings and you will fly all over the world." I believe that we all may be conscious co-creators of a peaceful world through sharing our passion. Self-taught, I have been creating in one form or another ever since I can remember! I have an eclectic blend of interests that tie me to the natural world and celebrate nature as the ultimate artist.
