We started piccola chitarra[small guitar] for those of us who love guitars and can't play them also for the love of the beauty of the instrument. These 12" guitars are cut from the background you see then we shape them add fret boards pick ups keys tremolos bridges and knobs all hand made brass parts are filed & soidered..There strung with two # 9,10,&11 strings All chitarra's can be removed from the back groundpiece, plucked if desired not to actually compose music but more like an air guitarist might play or just left to hang on the wall in its background of either mahogany or gum-wood .I use ebony purple-heart wood coco-bola & other exotic woods and veneers to cover the bodies and pick guards.Our hollow bodies on the other hand are made more like there real copies and have maple necks dovetailed into there bodies.
