When I was a young girl, I remember going to garage sales with my mom & aunt. It was such great fun! As I got older, my first boyfriend took me to my first flea market! I was in love! My second boyfriend took me to an auction...I was totally hooked! So I started selling many of the items I found which allowed me to buy items that I wanted to add to my own collections. I've collected Smurfs, Nightmare Before Christmas, Beatles, and random antiques that I've just fallen in love with over the years.
My daughter just turned 1 and I have a great deal of fun with her. I am a stay at home mom and use my sales to be able to stay with her during the days and not put her in daycare. It is very important for me to be able to spend time with her as she grows & develops. I also have 2 dogs. One is a wiener dog mix and the other is a purebred weenie. They are almost more work than my 1 year old!
