I create custom design items for my customers. The Metals I work in are, "Gold (10kt,14kt,18kt,22kt), Sterling Silver, & Platinum". I use Precious and Semi-Precious stone(s) in my creations. I also can repair jewelry & Manufacture Precious metal items.

I have been creating jewelry since 1973 as an artist.
Over the years I have created:
* Jewelry Repair/Trade shop,
* Retail Jewelry Store,
* and a Jewelry Manufacturing company
I have combined them into one company called, "Cabin Enterprises Fine Jewelry".
I have a unique skill for jewelry designs and creation of these designs shown through the awards I have won for my work.
As an Artist, I have received recognition thru the Arts with National and State awards thru the Scholastic Art Awards, State and National competitions. With 10 items submitted over 2 years (5 per year), I received One (1) National and Six (6) State Scholastic Art Awards. (7 out of 10 won!)
My work can be traced back to my earliest years in Carlisle, Ohio. I attended Miami University in Oxford of Ohio and while an undergraduate, I broadened my understanding of the fine arts. During my studies at Miami, I also worked in a jewelry trade shop which placed me in a 10 year Jewelry apprenticeship program. I was privileged to study under five of the finest master jewelers in the business.
During this 10 year apprenticeship, I learned techniques in design, assembly, setting, repairing and finishing. Some of the techniques that I employ today have almost become lost to the jewelry making craft.
In recent years I have turned my attention to and have embraced the bead phenomenon. With my capability to design and manufacture pieces in multiple mediums, I create pieces of art that touch the spirit of the individual. I feel I have a unique understanding of fit, form and design which assures that my creations stand out as unique and distinctive.
With over 35 years experience, I have created custom design pieces for hundreds of extremely satisfied customers. I hope you find something you like and can enjoy wearing it as much as I have enjoyed creating it.
