Being Italian, food is a celebration! I love to create and eat farm to table. I strive to have simple wholesome foods for my family to enjoy. With my family's and friends' encouragement, I decided to see what other folks thought about my jerky. I opened my booth at a local outdoor fresh market, and I sold out my first day. Cloud Nine for me! Since that day, I have expanded to three local outdoor fresh markets, and have many repeat customers. I truly enjoy our outdoor market communities!
