I am a life long Washington State resident. Thanks to my grandmother I became a crafter at a young age. I discovered polymer clay watching the Carol Duvall Show. Donna Kato was making her Pansy cane. :) I immediately went out to buy a pasta machine and some clay. That was over 12 years ago. I have been published 5 times in Jewelry Crafts Magazine, once in Polymer Cafe (my necklace made the cover) and 2 of my mini masks can be seen in Sarajane Helms' book "Celebrations In Polymer Clay". I tied for first place in "Best use of Product" category at the 2006 Amaco 3-D Memory Trends Designer's Challenge. www.buyamaco.com/october/onlinejudge.html Project instructions: www.amaco.com/project-wiremesh-candle-7.html I also have a few tutorials you can get for free at www.polkadotcreations.com/books/showNALL_Lenderman,%20Tonja.html I started my business, Tonja's Treasures, about 5 years ago. Making jewelry keeps me sane in this crazy world. Maybe someday I'll be rich and famous from selling my fabulous jewelry, but I'm not waiting around. :)
