Skills and Techniques
I'm an experienced quilter. I predominately machine piece but do some hand piecing. I do a lot of custom ordered applique work (as shown in some of my bio gallery photos). 99% of everything that I make, that requires a binding, is bound by machine and then flipped to the back where it is hand stitched with a FINE blind applique stitch...approximately 10 stitches per inch. I have been a machine quilter for 13 years. I have made a number of quilts for local MLB (Major League Baseball) players BJ and Justin Upton, Michael Cuddyer, and their families.
